Long-term partner to private and publicly traded organizations
¹ Results reported by our partners in their own testimonials. ² Based on partner data from a 3-month coaching program; one partner, a life insurance brokerage, asked not to be named. Outcomes vary with lead volume, staffing level and offer; Multiply does not guarantee specific conversion rates.
How it works
What happens after someone fills out your form.
Leads arrive
Your web forms, campaigns and CRM send new leads straight to us.
Consistent outreach
Our agents call, text and email on a set schedule, with proper consent.
Qualified to your criteria
We use the script and criteria you approve. Only real opportunities go to your team.
Warm transfer
We connect the prospect to your advisor on the spot, or book a time in their calendar.
Coverage sized to your goals
How fast leads get called depends on how many people are calling them.
One agent can't reach 500 leads in an hour. So before we start, we look at your volume, your busy hours and your goals, suggest a staffing level, and tell you honestly what response time that will get you.
Running a big campaign or heading into your busy season? Add agents for those weeks and scale back after. Our hourly cost already covers salary, benefits, training, management and turnover, and it comes in below what a fully loaded in-house agent usually costs.
Services
A trained team you can scale up or down, run like it's part of your company.
A partner, not a vendor
Anyone can copy the playbook. Running it well is the hard part.
Buying a dialer and writing a script is easy. Keeping a call center and a sales team performing month after month takes people who have done it before. With Multiply, you get the horse and the jockey: the team, and the people who know how to run it.
You're not just another account to us. We only grow if you do, so we watch the same numbers you watch, tell you what we're seeing, and point out opportunities as we find them. It's a big part of why some of our partners, including publicly traded companies, have been with us for years.
² Based on partner data from a 3-month coaching program; the life insurance brokerage is not named at its request. Results vary.

Outbound · Pipeline reactivation
You already have more leads than you think.
Your CRM is full of people who once bought from you or almost did. We call them, find out who's interested now, and put those opportunities back in front of your team.
We check every list against your do-not-contact records, respect existing consent and stick to your approved script.
* For B2C campaigns, we only contact people who gave their consent beforehand.

Case studies

Case study · YouSet
Scaling service operations without scaling headcount.
Unpredictable inbound service demand pulled licensed advisors into non-permit calls, cutting into time for high-value conversations.
Multiply took on non-permit service calls, routine questions and overflow during peaks, so advisors stayed focused where their expertise mattered.
Why it worked:Costs followed usage. When volume went up, YouSet added Multiply agents without committing to new full-time staff.

Case study · Lussier
Prospecting capacity that grows and shrinks with demand.
Outbound prospecting needs swung across channels and product lines. A fixed internal team would have cost too much in slow periods and been too slow to respond when demand came back.
Multiply started with a targeted pilot and grew it into full prospecting coverage, adding agents quickly and without long-term commitments.
Why it worked:Capacity followed demand, and costs followed usage.

Case study · MultiPrêts – Équipe Caron
Keeping operating costs in check while staying responsive.
Lead volume changed week to week, which made full-time staffing hard to justify. Internal staff were stretched across follow-ups, qualification and admin.
Multiply provided agents who worked when leads or tasks were there, handling outreach, follow-ups and task-based workflows in the team’s own voice, with no training or management load on their side.
Why it worked:Every paid hour was a productive hour.

Case study · Sonnet
Turning follow-up on online quotes into a competitive edge.
Online quote requests came in quickly, and the internal team couldn’t always follow up in time. Many prospects moved on before anyone reached them.
Multiply set up a team trained on Sonnet’s quote flow to make first contact, answer initial questions and guide prospects to the next step, in Sonnet’s voice.
Why it worked:Follow-up no longer depended on whether the internal team happened to be available.
Frequently asked questions
Who is Multiply?
We're a Montréal-based team that follows up on your leads by phone, text and email and passes your sales team the people who are ready to talk.
How do you protect personal information?
We follow Québec's Law 25 and PIPEDA, along with CRTC telemarketing rules, the TCPA for U.S. calls and AMF expectations for financial services. We have a Privacy Officer, encrypt data in transit and at rest, limit who can access what, and test our incident response plan every year. The details are in our Trust Center.
How do your SMS and email follow-ups respect CASL?
Every text and email we send has valid consent, says who it's from and includes a one-click unsubscribe.
How fast will my leads be contacted?
It depends on how many leads you get and how many agents you have on them. One agent can't call 500 leads in the same hour, so we work out the right staffing with you first and only commit to what that staffing can actually deliver.
Do you make outbound calls?
Yes. We call orphan clients, former clients, stalled opportunities and old quotes that never closed. We use lists you provide and check them against your do-not-contact records.
Do you work with B2B companies?
Yes, whenever you need us. We do prospecting, account reactivation and meeting setting for B2B sales teams.
Do you work in French?
Yes. We're based in Montréal and work in French and English across Canada.
How does pricing work?
We don't publish prices because every setup is different. What we can tell you: our hourly cost already includes everything an employee costs you (salary, benefits, training, management and turnover), and it comes in below the market average. So your cost per staffed hour goes down. We'll walk you through the numbers on a call.
